Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and send you an order number.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside the area we serve, or if we cannot reach you to arrange delivery.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices we charge. Delivery is free within Lebanon.

Payment is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the order arrives. We do not take payment online and we never handle card details.

Prices on the site are authoritative at the time you order. If a price is shown in error we will contact you before dispatching rather than charge a different amount.

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon, typically within one to three days of your order being confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays outside our control, such as courier disruption, do not entitle you to compensation, but you may cancel an undelivered order at any time by contacting us.

Please make sure the phone number and address you give us are correct — a courier who cannot reach you may return the order to us.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the cream is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange the return of your money.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.
